The Inner Voyage Weight Loss and Wellness community is comprised of groups of people who inspire one another to lose weight and stay motivated through twice weekly (Sunday and Wednesday) online sessions.
Each Wellness Navigation Team consists of a group of 12 people per 12 week (3 months) rotations, so that members can feel comfortable getting to know one another while sharing ideas, recipes, challenges and successes.

The Keys to Success
Your Wellness Navigation Team meets 2x each week to share important information and motivate each other through your 3 month journey to success.
The 60-minute sessions provide guidance and inspiration for lasting weight loss and include the psychological and physical aspects of why we over-indulge in life, particularly with food.
Sundays – Start your week with a winning mindset!
Sessions focus on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual components of thriving through weight loss and include topics such as eating plans, recipes, strategies, challenges, etc.
A 30-minute presentation is given that is both practical and inspirational with time for Q an A in a 30-minute group discussion at the end of the session.
Wednesdays – Continue on your voyage to success!
Sessions focus on a 15 minute re-cap of what was covered during the Sunday presentation with a focus on the overall theme of the week such as emotional eating triggers and recipes for meal plans.
A 45 minute voluntary group share follows the re-cap with individuals describing successes and challenges, sharing ideas and strategies, and celebrating transformational changes.
