Weekly Coaching Sessions

Weight loss coaching to motivate you to stay the course!

You will meet once per week for 60-minute sessions to create a personalized approach your weight loss challenges that will help you to overcome them using fun and meaningful strategies.

Susan Heather Ross is a weight loss and wellness coach with over 30 years of experience in addressing the psychological and physiological aspects of overeating.

She has developed a unique, inexpensive, and enjoyable lifestyle program that she followed for three consecutive months and successfully lost 30lbs and kept it off!

The Diet Plan

Create your ideal meal plan that you will enjoy while losing weight!

The diet is a combination of plant-based (completely vegan is an option) and Mediterranean that allows for the consumption of organic meat, chicken and fish in small quantities if desired.

The 1,200-1,300 calorie diet plan requires a plant-based meal replacement shake (200-300 calories) in place of breakfast, lunch or dinner and the meals and snacks for rest the day are nutritionally calibrated to equal approximately 1000 calories.

You will be in control of creating a personalized meal plan that works for your dietary needs, tastes and preferences, daily schedule, budget, and the speed at which you prefer to lose the weight.

Intermittent fasting is preferred but optional.

Weight loss injections are very expensive and can have side effects so this program replaces the need for these drugs and is more beneficial for lifestyle weight maintenance.

The Exercise and Fitness Plan

When it comes to exercise, one size does not fit all!

An exercise plan has to be both enjoyable and doable in order for it to become a part of your daily/weekly routine.

During your sessions, you will discover which exercise programs fit your lifestyle, interests, physical abilities or constraints, and budget.

Your exercise plan will consist of both weight bearing movements and cardio such as walking, running, riding a bike, etc. The level of intensity will depend on your fitness level at the start of the program.

Although we don’t offer a personal fitness trainer, we have online weekly yoga sessions on Saturday mornings available that can be purchased as a single class or a package of four sessions in our store.
